CNC Milling Setup Operator
Responsibilities:
- Complete machine setup and start-up: Performing the full cycle of setup for CNC lathes and turn-mill machines for new parts in accordance with engineering documentation (drawings).
- Working with CNC programs (G-code): Input, запуск, and direct correction of CNC programs from the machine control panel (Fanuc, Siemens Sinumerik, Heidenhain, Haas, OKUMA OSP) based on first-part measurement results.
- Process preparation: Independent selection of the required high-quality cutting tools, choice and setting of optimal cutting conditions depending on the material (different grades of steel, aluminum alloys).
- Tooling selection: Determining and installing the required technological tooling, fixtures, clamping elements, and locating bases for reliable workpiece fixation.
- Manufacturing and inspection of a test part: Independently producing the first (test) part turnkey according to the drawing, with strict compliance with specified micron tolerances.
- Quality control and measurements: Performing final inspection of part geometry and surface roughness using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, bore gauges, calipers, gauges).
- Work with engineering software: Participating in verification, analysis, or basic modeling of machining toolpaths in SolidWorks, SolidCAM, NX (if required).
- Process optimization: Monitoring tool performance during cutting, timely replacement of worn inserts/drills, optimization of machining cycle time, and minimization of scrap.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience specifically on metalworking machines (milling group).
- Confident operation of CNC controls: Fanuc, Haas, or OKUMA OSP.
- Ability to work directly with machine control code (input and correction of CNC programs at the machine control panel).
- Full-cycle manufacturing of parts according to drawings (from setup to finished product).
Knowledge and tools:
- Ability to read engineering and technical documentation fluently.
- Independent selection of cutting tools and calculation of cutting parameters for steel and aluminum.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments for quality control (micrometers, bore gauges).
- Software: SolidWorks, SolidCAM, NX.

MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- Performing the required engineering calculations, including strength calculations, tolerances, and fits.
- Supporting projects during the production stage and cooperating with process engineers and CNC machine operators.
- Participating in the improvement of existing products and the development of new engineering solutions.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant technical field, such as mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or applied mechanics.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or other CAD software.
- In-depth understanding of materials science, machine theory, and metalworking technologies.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the metalworking industry.
- Strong attention to detail and responsibility for the accuracy of technical drawings.
