CNC Machine Repair and Maintenance Mechanic
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and repair of CNC machines (turning, milling, turn-mill, and other types of equipment).
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance in accordance with the approved schedule.
- Replacement, adjustment, and setup of mechanical assemblies, guideways, bearings, drives, and other equipment components.
- Monitoring the technical condition of production equipment and preventing emergency downtime.
- Checking the geometric accuracy of machines in accordance with technical documentation requirements.
- Participation in the relocation, installation, commissioning, and adjustment of new and existing equipment.
- Cooperation with production personnel to promptly eliminate malfunctions.
- Selection of spare parts and consumable materials.
Requirements:
- Technical education in mechanics, mechanical engineering, automation, or related fields.
- Experience working as a mechanic for the repair of CNC machines or industrial equipment.
- Knowledge of the operating principles of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings, diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Responsibility, independence, and strong technical thinking.

QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR
Responsibilities:
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections of metal products
- Measure the dimensions and geometric parameters of parts in accordance with technical documentation
- Document inspection results and maintain defect records
- Cooperate with the production department regarding identified defects and non-conformities
- Maintain and calibrate measuring equipment
- Analyze quality control data to identify trends and improve production processes
- Ensure that products comply with international and national quality standards
- Train and advise personnel on quality control matters
Requirements:
- Professional training in quality control or metrology, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Thorough knowledge of ISO and GOST quality standards, as well as technical specifications for metal products
- Ability to use measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments
- Experience working with aluminum, steel, titanium, and their alloys
- Excellent data analysis and quality control documentation skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
