TYPES OF MACHINING
Turning works
The maximum dimensions of the part being machined on a CNC lathe are Ø450 mm, 500 mm in length.
Milling works
The maximum dimensions of the part being machined on a CNC milling machine are 762×406×508 mm.
Metal polishing
The dimensions of the part being polished depends on the part size and complexity of the work
Metal bandsaw cuttingу
The dimensions of the part being cut depends on the pipe diameter
Drilling works
Maximum diameter of a hole on the drill machine that we use is 60 mm
Assembly works
Assembling depends on complexity of the product being processed

Our cases
Task
We had to produce a batch of fitting control units for a gas producer. The Company is actively developing, so the batch was needed within tight deadlines.
Solution
Our technological capacities allow us to launch projects quickly, and detailed order planning allows doing this without any effect on other orders. This project was not an exception and in a month and a half we sent our first product batch already.
Task
We had to produce and deliver a batch of КО-302М ДУ100 valves for the Company, which serves gas networks. These safety valves are designed for automatic pipeline cutting off in case of an emergency pressure increase in it.
Solution
This was not the first time we had produced these valves, so we launched the batch production quickly, and the Client received the order within the agreed deadline and is still engaging us.
