The Company can react quickly and flexibly to changes in the drawings provided, requirements for material product version and other specific requirements, according to which we develop production technological process.

The Company provides a complete cycle of engineering product production:
Research and development
Research and construction works The Company develops equipment design documentation, which is an initial process, due to which any products that require following some regulations and requirements are created and produced.

The plant’s expert professional capacities, the Company equipment and the availability of relevant departments allow engineering and designing a new product at a high level.
Production
Every year, the Company produces thousands of different parts, which, combined with own in-house technological base, allows quick development and launch of new projects.

Our cases
Task
We had to produce a batch of fitting control units for a gas producer. The Company is actively developing, so the batch was needed within tight deadlines.
Solution
Our technological capacities allow us to launch projects quickly, and detailed order planning allows doing this without any effect on other orders. This project was not an exception and in a month and a half we sent our first product batch already.
Task
We had to produce and deliver a batch of КО-302М ДУ100 valves for the Company, which serves gas networks. These safety valves are designed for automatic pipeline cutting off in case of an emergency pressure increase in it.
Solution
This was not the first time we had produced these valves, so we launched the batch production quickly, and the Client received the order within the agreed deadline and is still engaging us.
